Hi, I’m Nikos Liakos—a former gymnast, a veteran Greek Navy SEAL operative, and a lifelong student of health, wellness, and physical performance.

Early Athletic Foundations

I began gymnastics at 12, training seriously as a floor gymnast.

Those early years taught me body awareness, precision of movement, and the importance of structured training—principles that later shaped my interest in calisthenics, mobility, and functional fitness.

At 16, basketball further introduced me to collaboration, competition, and the value of working relentlessly toward a goal. These influences refined my perspective on effort, structure, and steady progress.
